You will lead workstreams, deliver programs aligned with strategy and culture, and regularly travel to client sites as needed while ensuring quality and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or psychology.
• Typically 5–7 years of relevant consulting experience.
• Skills in change management and experience design.
• Strong communications and engagement abilities.
• Analytical skills in behavioral driver analysis.
• Experience in leadership and workforce assessment.
• Knowledge of hybrid workforce strategy.
• Talent analytics and dashboarding.
• Coaching and personal development.
• Team effectiveness and development.
• Willingness to travel and comfortable with hybrid work (3 days/week on client site or EY office).
