Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in People Consulting—Organizational Design to lead large-scale org. design engagements across client teams. You will shape operating models, optimize workforce strategies, and guide stakeholders through transformation with a focus on delivering durable performance improvements.

Hybrid work with significant client-site interaction; travel as needed. Requires 6–9 years in operating model development, governance, and design with a background in business, HR, or psychology.

Qualifications

• Experience with operating model development, org. structure/design, strategic workforce planning, and governance.
• Proven track recordleading org. design engagements in large multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience analyzing large datasets and using analytics in project execution.
