Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in People Consulting’s Business Performance capability in the US. You will drive organizational and individual behavioral change, lead workstreams, and guide clients through strategic initiatives.

This role requires travel and a hybrid work model, with time split between client sites and EY offices. The candidate will manage deliverables, leverage research and analytics, and support growth through opportunity identification and RFP responses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field of business, Human Resources, or Psychology.
• Typically, no less than 5 - 7 years of relevant experience with previous, recent experience in top tier consulting organization.
• Technical skills in change management and experience design.
• Strong capabilities in communications and engagement strategy and delivery.
• Analytical skills in behavioral driver analysis and modeling.
• Experience in leadership and workforce assessment.
• Knowledge of hybrid workforce strategy.
• Talent analytics and dashboarding.
• Coaching and personal development.
• Team effectiveness and development.
• Willingness to travel as needed, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment with an average of three (3) days per week at a client site or within an EY office.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery with a focus on program/project management.
• Actively participate in client working sessions and lead workstream planning, execution, and closure.
• Support sales opportunities and lead specific RFP responses.
