Job summary

EY invites a Manager in our Business Performance capability within People Consulting to advise on behavioral change programs that align with strategic direction, culture, and organizational purpose. You will influence behavioral drivers across structures, planning and implementing targeted change initiatives to deliver measurable impact.

This role requires leading workstreams, engaging in client sessions, supporting sales opportunities, and traveling as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in business, HR, or psychology
Typically 5–7 years of relevant consulting experience
Strong change management and experience design capabilities
Excellent communication and engagement strategy skills
Analytical skills in behavioral driver analysis and modeling
Experience in leadership and workforce assessment
Knowledge of hybrid workforce strategy and talent analytics
Coaching and personal development
Team effectiveness and development
Willingness to travel and work in a hybrid environment (3 days client site or EY office)

Responsibilities

Lead workstream delivery with a focus on program/project management
Participate in client sessions, lead workstream planning, execution, and closure
Support sales opportunities and lead RFP responses
