Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or psychology.
• Typically 5–7 years of relevant consulting experience at a top-tier firm.
• Technical skills in change management and experience design.
• Strong communications and engagement strategy capabilities.
• Analytical skills in behavioral driver analysis and modeling.
• Experience in leadership and workforce assessment.
• Knowledge of hybrid workforce strategy.
• Talent analytics and dashboarding.

• Willingness to travel; comfortable with hybrid work (3 days on client/site).

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery with program/project management.
• Actively participate in client sessions and lead workstream planning, execution, and closure.
• Support sales opportunities and lead specific RFP responses.
