Job summary

EY is seeking a People Behavior Change Specialist - Manager in Dallas to drive workforce change initiatives for client organizations. You will design and implement behavioral change programs, support leadership alignment, and guide strategy through enterprise transformation efforts.

Responsibilities include advising on change strategies, developing governance and competency frameworks, and delivering client-ready proposals. Expect travel up to 80% with a hybrid model and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering strategy workshops and change initiatives.
• Ability to lead stakeholder alignment and development.
• Experience in governance, training and competency assessment.
• Proven ability to manage talent and culture change within transformations.
• Ability to design operating models and organizational designs for change.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on how to measure, shift, design, and implement behavioral programs and change processes.
• Develop change management strategies aligned with client environments and goals.
• Document findings and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems and organizational changes.
• Gather information, analyze problems, and propose actionable solutions.
• Travel up to 80% (10% international) to serve client needs.
