Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field of business, Human Resources, or Psychology.
• Typically, no less than 5-7 years of relevant experience in a top-tier consulting organization.
• Technical skills in change management and experience design.
• Strong capabilities in communications and engagement strategy and delivery.
• Analytical skills in behavioral driver analysis and modeling.
• Experience in leadership and workforce assessment.
• Knowledge of hybrid workforce strategy.
• Talent analytics and dashboarding.
• Coaching and personal development.
• Team effectiveness and development.
• Willingness to travel as needed and ability to work in a hybrid environment with ~3 days at client sites or EY offices.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery with a focus on program/project management.
• Actively participate in client working sessions and lead workstream planning, execution, and closure.
• Support sales opportunities and lead specific RFP responses.
• Manage and deliver processes, solutions, or projects with focus on quality and risk management.
• Engage in continuous process improvement and leverage best practices to guide teams and clients.
