Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Manager in our People Consulting practice to drive organizational and behavioral change initiatives. You will advise on programs aligning with strategy, culture, and leadership, while guiding teams through delivery and risk management in a client-facing role.

You will travel as needed and operate in a hybrid environment, leading workstreams, collaborating with clients, and supporting business development.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in related field of business, Human Resources, or Psychology.
• Typically, no less than 5 - 7 years of relevant experience with previous, recent experience in top tier consulting organization
• Technical skills in change management and experience design
• Strong capabilities in communications and engagement strategy and delivery
• Analytical skills in behavioral driver analysis and modeling
• Experience in leadership and workforce assessment
• Knowledge of hybrid workforce strategy
• Talent analytics and dashboarding
• Coaching and personal development
• Team effectiveness and development
• Willingness to travel as needed, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment with an average of three (3) days per week at a client site or within an EY office.

• Support sales opportunities and lead specific RFP responses
