Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in People Consulting, a role focused on driving organizational and behavioral change across client engagements. You will manage processes, improve risk controls, and lead teams to deliver high-quality solutions in a dynamic, hybrid setting.

You will advise on change management and experience design, collaborating with senior stakeholders and guiding clients through transformation programs. Some travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver complex initiatives.
• Strong client service, quality and risk management experience.
• Ability to guide and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical capability in behavioral driver analysis and modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery with a focus on program/project management.
• Participate in client sessions and drive workstream planning, execution, and closure.
