Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Manager in our Business Performance capabilities to drive organizational and individual behavioral change. You will advise and implement programs aligned with strategic direction, culture, and purpose, and travel as needed to support client work.

You will lead workstreams, guide teams, and participate in client sessions while supporting sales opportunities and RFP responses. EY offers a hybrid model with opportunities to grow within diverse, global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or Psychology.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in top-tier consulting.
• Technical skills in change management and experience design.
• Strong communications and engagement strategy capabilities.
• Analytical skills in behavioral driver analysis and modeling.
• Experience in leadership and workforce assessment.
• Knowledge of hybrid workforce strategy.
• Talent analytics and dashboarding.
• Coaching and personal development.
• Team effectiveness and development.
• Willingness to travel and work in a hybrid environment with ~3 days per week on client site or EY office.
