Job summary

EY in Denver is seeking a Manager in our Business Performance capability to advise and implement programs aligning strategy, purpose and culture. You will influence behavioral drivers across organizations and guide teams to deliver change initiatives that matter.

You will travel regularly to client sites, lead workstreams, and help grow client opportunities while contributing to a collaborative, diverse EY environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field of business, Human Resources, or Psychology.
• Typically, no less than 5 - 7 years of relevant experience with top-tier consulting.
• Technical skills in change management and experience design.
• Strong communications and engagement strategy and delivery.
• Analytical skills in behavioral driver analysis and modeling.
• Experience in leadership and workforce assessment.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery with a focus on program/project management.
• Actively participate in client working sessions and lead workstream planning, execution, and closure.
• Support sales opportunities and lead specific RFP responses.
