Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager for EY People Consulting’s Business Performance capability in the US. You will drive organizational and individual behavioral change, advise on programs aligned with strategy and culture, and influence behavioral drivers across structures. Expect regular travel and a hybrid work setup.

You will lead teams, manage projects with high focus on quality and risk, and leverage research to deliver client solutions while growing our clients and EY’s capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field (business, HR, or psychology).
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in top-tier consulting.
• Technical skills in change management and experience design.
• Strong communications and engagement strategy abilities.
• Analytical skills in behavioral driver analysis and modeling.
• Experience in leadership and workforce assessment.
• Knowledge of hybrid workforce strategy.
• Talent analytics and dashboarding.
• Coaching and personal development.
• Team effectiveness and development.
• Willingness to travel and comfort with hybrid work (3 days at client/EY office).

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery with a focus on program/project management.
• Actively participate in client working sessions and lead workstream planning, execution, and closure.
