Job summary

Eaton’s Commercial Products and Assemblies (CPA) division seeks a Lead Change Coordinator Engineer in Sumter, SC. You will coordinate, track, and support the Change Management process to ensure changes are evaluated, approved, implemented, validated, and closed with proper evidence.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration across Quality, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Program Management, with emphasis on risk assessment and timely closure of change requests to protect

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Program Management.
• Experience with Change Management governance and cross-functional collaboration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination of the Change Management process from initiation to closure.
• Review change requests for completeness, risk, and approvals.
• Lead cross-functional review meetings with Quality, Engineering, Operations, and more.
• Maintain Change Management tracker and monitor open actions and closure status.
• Assist with training users on the process and documentation requirements.
