Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Computer Science.
• Minimum 10 years' experience as Design Engineer and/or Systems Engineer.
• Strong organizational, facilitation and leadership skills.
• Proven record of concurrently managing projects, monitoring progress and quality.
• Clear thinking, open to innovative ideas and demonstrated experience in the implementation of new tools and processes.

Responsibilities

• CCB Chair for high complexity changes – Review/approve CHGIs from the PLM GTCC queue across multiple technologies (GT, ST, GEN, HRSG, Aero, BOP).
• Serve as CCB Chair focal for Aeroderivative segment; coordinate resources in daily change management tasks and train team members.
• Lead Daily Management for quality and on-time execution of PLM GTCC CHGIs and CAs; conduct daily meetings and use dashboards to report status.
• Owner of OT D and quality KPIs for change execution.
• Support Change Management Principal Engineer towards improving operational KPIs, process enhancement and harmonization.
• Engage in change process development and UAT in PALM tool.
• Lead Technical Change Forum meetings; provide guidance via Helpchat.
• Lead training sessions for stakeholders and customers; develop materials.
• Define and lead ideas to simplify, improve and harmonize processes with a global perspective.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to increase productivity and develop AI/automation tools.
• Participate in Lean events; develop Standard Work and maintain quality docs.
• Drive upfront collaboration for P2V, NCR, NPI, RCA projects.
