Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Mission Critical Team Lead for the Sumter, SC area. The role runs Monday to Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm, with an hourly rate of $24 and eligibility for a variable incentive program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years manufacturing experience.
• 3 months of leadership experience.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Live within 50 miles of Sumter, SC; no relocation benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lead production activities and ensure timely order fulfillment while meeting Eaton quality standards.
• Supervise assembly, materials allocation, inspection, testing, wiring, and shipping tasks.
• Coordinate with manufacturing teams to prioritize urgent orders and resolve issues.
• Provide training and develop employees; support department supervisor with cross-training.
