Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, or related technical field is required.
• 7+ years of configuration or engineering operations experience in aerospace environments.
• Hands-on experience with PLM systems (Teamcenter, Windchill, Enovia) throughout life cycles.
• Experience leading ECR/ECO through full release and production cycles.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional boards and drive accountability across teams.
• Strong risk assessment and impact analysis for hardware, software, and infra changes.
• Experience in aerospace, satellite, telecommunications, or mission-critical settings.
• Ability to read technical docs, drawings, and specifications.
• Owning a fast-paced, high-ambiguity startup mindset with responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Establish Change Management policies, standards, and governance frameworks.
• Own and maintain product BOM structures and configuration baselines.
• Lead Change Control Board meetings and processes.
• Perform impact analysis and risk assessment for engineering changes.
• Coordinate ECO implementation across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and operations.
• Drive configuration audits for hardware-software-documentation alignment.
• Analyze change-related incidents and drive corrective actions to reduce risks.
• Resolve conflicts between priorities and schedule changes to avoid disruptions.
• Partner with supply chain to ensure BOM execution is feasible and low procurement risk.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve workflow efficiency.
