Job summary

PlanIT Group seeks a seasoned Change Management professional to lead ADKAR-based initiatives across client programs in a flexible remote/on-site setup. The role emphasizes driving adoption and alignment through structured change processes in a dynamic consulting environment.

You will deliver stakeholder analyses, training development, executive briefings, and facilitate workshops while leveraging digital adoption tools to ensure successful outcomes for client organizations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in organizational change management using ADKAR methods
• PROSCI certification
• Hands-on experience with change management activities including impact analysis, stakeholder analysis, role mapping, surveys, and training development
• Experience with stakeholder engagement, communication, course/material creation, instruction design, meeting facilitation, and executive briefing
• Experience with Captivate, Enable Now, WalkMe and other digital adoption platforms
• Leadership Development Program graduate

• Hands-on experience with Change Management activities (change impact analysis, stakeholder analysis, role mapping, survey construction and deployment, analysis of survey results and incorporating feedback into methodology and alignment through training development/delivery)
• Experience with stakeholder engagement, communication crafting, course/material creation and instruction design (instructor-led or web-based training, quick reference guides, etc.), meeting facilitation, and executive briefing.
