Job summary

Think Consulting is seeking a mid-level Change Management Business Analyst to support a large-scale government systems modernization initiative in the DMV region. The role focuses on training end users, change management, user support, and documentation development for a new budgeting and financial platform.

The successful candidate will develop end-user guides, SOPs, job aids, and training content, delivering sessions and collaborating with stakeholders while maintaining adherence to templates

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in Change Management, Business Analysis, Training, User Adoption, or related roles.
• Experience supporting software implementations, system rollouts, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience developing and delivering end-user training.
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience creating user guides, job aids, procedural documentation, or training materials.

Responsibilities

• Support organizational change management activities for a new budgeting system implementation.
• Learn and become proficient in the new platform to train and support end users.
• Develop training materials, user guides, job aids, SOPs, and other end-user documentation.
• Create clear, professional documentation with screenshots and step-by-step instructions.
• Deliver training sessions and provide one-on-one user support.
• Collaborate with project team members, stakeholders, and end users to identify training needs.
• Assist with user adoption and readiness activities.
• Gather feedback and suggest improvements to training content and materials.
• Ensure deliverables align with templates, standards, and quality expectations.
• Utilize PowerPoint to create engaging training and communication materials.
