Job summary

Collaboredge Inc. in Washington, DC is seeking a Change Management Specialist for the PASS Modernization Project to replace the procurement system with a cloud solution.

You will drive adoption, communications, training, and aim for minimal disruption while meeting the project schedule. Responsibilities include aligning changes with goals, assessing impact, coordinating stakeholder communications, designing training, and supporting organizational redesign and RAID logs, with onsite collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in change management, communications or business.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience writing and editing change-management documentation.

Responsibilities

• Apply structured change management methodologies and tools.
• Develop plans to support adoption of project changes.
• Support development and delivery of key communications to stakeholders.
• Assess change impact and readiness across groups.
• Assist with training design, scheduling, and delivery.
• Contribute to change-management plans including stakeholder comms and training.
• Participate in organizational redesign, updating roles and procedures as needed.
• Coordinate with the OCP Change Manager and PMO.
• Maintain RAID log entries as directed.
• Conduct meetings and briefings via videoconferencing.
