Qualifications

• Three or more years in management consulting, advisory services, organizational change management, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/MPA preferred.
• PMP or ACMP certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports change management activities for a government client's financial management system.
• Develops stakeholder analyses, readiness assessments, communications, training support, and adoption resources.
• Coordinates with agency stakeholders to understand processes and identify operational impacts.
• Prepares client-ready deliverables, meeting materials, and status updates.
• Facilitates meetings and workshops with agency stakeholders to gather input and guide decisions.
• Tracks milestones, risks, issues, and adoption indicators for reporting.
