Job summary

BDO USA, LLP is seeking a Senior Associate to support a government client in implementing a new financial management system and driving organizational change management. You will help stakeholders understand and adopt changes to processes, roles, controls, reporting, and day-to-day work practices.

You will collaborate with leadership, project teams, and end users to translate system activities into practical change-management support—engagement, readiness, communications, training, adoption

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field; MBA/MPA preferred.
• 3+ years in management consulting, advisory, or organizational change.
• PMP or ACMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational change management activities for government projects.
• Develop and maintain stakeholder analyses, readiness assessments, and training materials.
• Coordinate with agency stakeholders to translate changes into business impact and adoption plans.
• Prepare client-ready deliverables and facilitate workshops for adoption and readiness.
