Responsibilities

• Apply structured change management methodologies to support the PASS Modernization project.
• Assist in creating adoption plans and stakeholder analyses.
• Coordinate communications and training with project stakeholders.
• Assess change impact and readiness, identifying key stakeholder groups.
• Support design of training programs and job aids.
• Maintain documentation and coordinate with client Change Manager and RAID log.
• Participate in organizational redesign and updates to policies.
