King & Spalding is seeking a Business Change Analyst to join the Practice Enablement team. You will partner with project teams and Product Owners to design change management and communications strategies that drive adoption of the firm’s technology portfolio, while interpreting the human impact across all roles.

You will conduct impact assessments, develop training and engagement plans, and serve as the voice of customers to leadership, ensuring solutions align with professional services needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience.
• 5+ years in a role combining business analysis, change management or communications; legal environment preferred.
• Prosci certification or equivalent change management credential desired.
• Strong written communication skills; samples may be required.
• Experience drafting professional communications for broad organizational audiences.
• Familiarity with enterprise tech and legal software preferred.

Responsabilités

• Partner with project teams and Product Owners to plan impact and adoption.
• Engage with users across roles to gather feedback and surface insights.
• Act as voice of the customer to leadership with actionable recommendations.
• Assess change impact of initiatives on employees and adoption risks.
• Design and execute change management plans including training and communications.
• Monitor adoption metrics and report findings to leadership.
• Mentor colleagues to share best practices.
