Job summary

Adobe Inc. seeks a Business Change Manager (IT) in Seattle, WA to bridge technology delivery and business adoption. You will develop change strategies, conduct impact assessments, and engage executive sponsors to ensure seamless adoption of tools, processes and policies.

You will partner with Lines of Business, readiness teams, product managers, and enablement teams to define adoption strategies, mentor leaders, and measure progress to ensure changes stick and deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Equivalent experience of 10 years in guiding business transformations is required.
• Proven track record applying structured approaches like Prosci ADKAR.
• Ability to mentor leaders and facilitate leader engagement.
• Outstanding communication skills and critical thinking.
• Experience in developing role-based learning experiences.
• AI tools familiarity and end-to-end IT process transformation experience preferred.
