You will translate strategy into adoption plans, communications, training, readiness activities, and reinforcement models in a client-facing role. You will collaborate with lawyers, knowledge professionals, legal operations teams, and client stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes, align with
Competenze
- Experience delivering change management in consulting or professional services.
- Understanding of law firm or corporate legal environments.
- Ability to translate strategy into adoption plans and training.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Experience with AI adoption projects is a plus.
