Job summary

Inhabit is looking for a Sales Development Representative to source prospects, conduct outbound outreach, and qualify early-stage opportunities. You will build a consistent pipeline and schedule meetings for Account Executives while leveraging CRM tools.

You will engage in trade shows, webinars, and campaigns to nurture leads, collaborate with Marketing and Sales, and maintain accurate records across systems. A strong phone presence and drive to hit metrics are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, customer engagement, or related roles.
• Strong prospecting and lead qualification skills; comfortable phone outreach.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and follow-up.
• Identify and engage prospective customers to build a consistent pipeline.
• Qualify leads based on needs, authority, budget, timing, and fit.
• Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives and team members.
• Follow up on marketing leads and events to maintain pipeline momentum.
• Represent the company at trade shows and events to generate interest.
