Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Part-Time PT-Stretch Specialist to support members with branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions, helping them feel and move better while delivering a positive, educational member experience.

You will build relationships, promote stretch programs, and document client progress to ensure ongoing results. The role requires CPR/AED certification and a high school diploma or GED, with preferred experience in personal training and related certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
• CPR and AED Certification required.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching and other recovery techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Leads clients through assisted stretch sessions using techniques like PNF and contract-relax stretching.
• Leads clients through recovery sessions using assisted stretching, hypervolt percussion, and breathing drills.
• Reads, watches, and engages in required training for the role.
• Promotes and sells stretch session programs and other personal training services.
• Documents all aspects of client programming.
