Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking an hourly Stretch Specialist to support members with branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions, helping them feel and move better. You will educate members, maintain brand standards, and promote stretch programs while delivering superior customer service.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, CPR/AED and PT certifications, and knowledge of recovery techniques. Expect commission-based pay with benefits for full-time team members.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Certified Personal Trainer credential is required.
• CPR and AED certification is required.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching and recovery techniques.
• Ability to perform aerobic activity and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional, and comprehensive client programs to drive goals and retention.
• Leads clients through assisted stretch sessions using techniques like PNF and contract-relax stretching.
• Leads recovery sessions using assisted stretching, percussion, and breathing drills.
• Completes training and stays current on certifications and industry trends.
• Documents client programming and provides excellent customer service.
