Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking PT-Stretch Specialists to support members with branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions, aiming to improve how they feel and move. You will educate members, deliver safe stretching programs, and promote stretch session services while providing excellent customer care.

Role requires CPR/AED and CPT certification, ability to perform vigorous activity, and lifting up to 50 pounds. High school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service skills and the ability to motivate clients.
• Proven ability to build relationships and retain clients.
• Experience promoting and selling fitness/session programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Leads clients through assisted stretch sessions using techniques like PNF and contract-relax.
• Leads recovery sessions using assisted stretching and related techniques.
• Completes administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan.
• Maintains current certifications and knowledge of trends in the industry.
• Documents all aspects of client programming.
