Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking PT-Stretch Specialists to support members with branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions, helping them feel and move better. You will build relationships, educate members, and uphold Life Time brand integrity through exceptional service.

Responsibilities include designing client programs, guiding sessions, promoting services, and documenting progress while advancing certifications and staying current with fitness trends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of assisted stretching and recovery techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement.
• Lead assisted stretch sessions using PNF and contract-relax methods.
• Lead recovery sessions with techniques like assisted stretching and breathing drills.
• Promote and sell stretch sessions and other personal training services.
• Complete administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan.
• Maintain certifications and stay current with industry trends.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure member satisfaction.
