You will build relationships, educate members, and uphold the Life Time Brand while promoting stretch session programs and related services.

Requirements include high school diploma, CPR/AED, and CPT certification. This role emphasizes safety, customer service, and ongoing training while working on-site at Life Time

Qualifications

• Provide safe, professional client programs and education.
• Lead assisted stretch sessions with techniques like PNF.
• Promote and sell stretch sessions and PT services.
• Document client programming and progress for each session.

Responsibilities

• Develop safe, professional programs to drive goal achievement.
• Lead assisted stretch sessions and recovery sessions.
• Conduct demos including pre-participation screening and goal setting.
• Provide floor support and ensure member safety and motivation.
