Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a PT-Stretch Specialist to support members with branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions. You will build programs, lead stretching and recovery sessions, and promote related services while delivering exceptional member service.

Required certifications include CPR/AED and a Certified Personal Trainer; a bachelor’s in a related field and AIS/FST certification are preferred. This role emphasizes safety, education, and ongoing professional development within Life Time.

Qualifications

Certified personal Trainer required.
CPR and AED certification required.
Knowledge of assisted stretching and recovery techniques.
Ability to perform aerobic activity for the duration of a class and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Develop safe, professional client stretching programs to achieve goals.
Lead assisted stretch sessions using PNF and contract-relax techniques.
Lead recovery sessions with assisted stretching, percussion, and breathing drills.
Conduct pre-participation screening and goal setting for new clients.
Provide fitness floor assistance, safety education, and motivation.
Promote stretch session programs and other services; complete admin work.
Stay current on certifications, trends, and continuing education.
