Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking PT-Stretch Specialists to support members with branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions, helping them feel and move better while delivering exceptional customer service and education.

You will build client programs, supervise stretch and recovery sessions, and document progress within each member’s plan. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, CPR/AED, and a Certified Personal Trainer credential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified personal trainer.
• CPR and AED certified.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching and recovery techniques.
• Ability to perform an aerobic activity for a class and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develop safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Lead clients through assisted stretch sessions using techniques like PNF and contract-relax stretching.
• Lead clients through recovery sessions using assisted stretching, Percussion tools, and breathing drills.
• Complete all training and documentation for each client’s fitness plan.
• Promote and sell stretch session programs and other personal training services.
• Maintain current credentials and pursue continuing education to advance.
