Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking PT-Stretch Specialists to support members by delivering branded assisted stretch and recovery sessions, building relationships, and ensuring a positive learning experience. You will educate members, promote stretch programs, and provide safety guidance as you help members feel and move better.

The role requires CPR/AED and CPT certification, a high school diploma (or GED), and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. A background in kinesiology or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Certified personal trainer is required.
• CPR and AED certification is required.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching and recovery techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional, and comprehensive client programs that drive goal achievement and retention.
• Leads clients through assisted stretch sessions using techniques like PNF and contract-relax stretching.
• Leads recovery sessions using assisted stretching, Hypervolt percussion, and breathing drills.
• Reads, watches, and engages in all required training associated with the role.
• Promotes and sells stretch session programs and other personal training services.
• Documents all aspects of client programming and ensures safety and education on the fitness floor.
