Job summary

Life Time Inc. seeks a PT-Stretch Specialist to support members with branded assisted stretch and recovery sessions. You will build relationships, educate members, and uphold Life Time's brand while delivering safe, effective programs.

You will lead stretch and recovery sessions, promote services, complete client documentation, and stay current on certifications to advance within the program.

Qualifications

• HSD/GED required.
• Certification in assisted stretching or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lead stretch and recovery sessions safely.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver safe, professional client stretch and recovery programs.
• Lead sessions using PNF, contract-relax, and recovery techniques.
• Provide excellent member education and drive program participation.
• Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
• Stay current with certifications and industry trends to advance.
• Promote stretch sessions and other personal training services.
• Ensure member safety and quality customer service on the fitness floor.
