Job summary

Breckenridge Ski Resort in Colorado is seeking certified ski and snowboard instructors for winter seasonal roles. You will deliver high-quality lessons to guests of all ages, creating a safe, fun learning environment while providing world-class guest service.

Starting wage is $21.00 per hour, with pay up to $64.34 per hour. Full and part-time shifts available; weekends/holidays required; housing may be available and employees receive free passes and discounts.

Qualifications

• PSIA/AASI Level 1 certification or ISIA equivalent and above.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
• Must be willing to work weekends/holidays and meet scheduling requirements.
• Placement as an instructor is contingent upon completing training and meeting standards.

Responsibilities

• Teach group and private lessons.
• Work with guests of all ages and abilities.
• Deliver world class guest service to all guests.
• Create a safe and fun learning environment.
• Support ski school needs including scanning, running surface lifts, and equipment fitting.
• Provide guest feedback that inspires lifelong skiers and riders.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must be willing to work weekends/holidays and meet minimum scheduling requirements.
• Placement as an instructor is contingent upon successfully completing training and meeting the minimum skill, guest service, and safety standards.
• The expected pay range is$21.00/hr – $64.34/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
