Wildcat Mountain is seeking Snowboard Instructors for the Winter Seasonal 2026/2027. Teach group and private lessons to guests of all ages, delivering world-class service in a safe and fun learning environment.

Starting wage is $21.00/hr – $64.34/hr, with opportunities to earn more through teaching incentives. Employment includes full-time and part-time roles for the season.

Formación

• Minimum PSIA/AASI instructor Level 1 certification or ISIA equivalent and above.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
• Must be willing to work with guests of all ages and have a strong level of comfort with children aged 3 and older.

Responsabilidades

• Teach group and private lessons
• Work with guests of all ages and abilities.
• Deliver world class guest service to all guests
• Create a safe and fun learning environment
• Support all ski school needs inclusive of scanning, running surface lifts, facilitating lunch, fitting equipment
• Provide guest feedback that inspires and creates lifelong skiers and riders
• Other duties as assigned

Shift Type:Full Time and Part Timehours available.For Full-Time Instructors, a 40-hour workweek is not guaranteed. Scheduled hours will vary depending on business volume.

Job Requirements:

Must be willing to work weekends/holidaysand meet minimum scheduling requirements.

Placement as an instructor is contingent upon successfully completing training and meeting the minimum skill, guest service, and safety standards.

The expected pay range is$21.00/hr – $64.34/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
