Job summary

Vail Resorts is hiring Certified Ski or Snowboard Instructors for winter seasonal 2026/2027 in Crested Butte, CO. Full and part-time positions with starting wage $21.00/hr and up to $64.34/hr, with training and potential for growth.

Qualifications

  • Minimum PSIA/AASI instructor Level 1 certification or ISIA equivalent and above
  • Must be able to communicate fluently in English
  • Must be willing to work with guests of all ages and have a strong level of comfort with children aged 3 and older
  • Must be willing to work weekends/holidays and meet minimum scheduling requirements
  • Placement as an instructor is contingent upon successfully completing training and meeting the minimum skill, guest service, and safety standards
  • The expected pay range is $21.00/hr – $64.34/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.

Shift Type:Full Time and Part Timehours available.For Full-Time Instructors, a 40-hour workweek is not guaranteed. Scheduled hours will vary depending on business volume.
