Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring safety, efficiency and brand standards.
• Direct crew members, assign roles, and manage floor operations to deliver fast, friendly and accurate service.
• Enforce food safety procedures, cleanliness, handwashing, temperature controls and equipment maintenance.
• Monitor labor deployment and costs, protect assets, and manage cash-handling procedures.
• Train and coach crew members, provide real-time feedback, and promote a positive, accountable work environment.
• Communicate shift performance, staffing needs, equipment issues and customer concerns with the General Manager.
