Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
• Direct crew members and manage floor operations to deliver a superior customer experience across drive-thru, front counter, kiosk, mobile order, and curbside.
• Ensure food safety, proper handwashing, time and temperature controls, equipment maintenance, and cleanliness standards.
• Monitor speed of service, order accuracy, and hospitality to ensure fast, friendly, and accurate service.
• Manage labor deployment to support sales volume while controlling costs and protecting assets.
• Train and coach crew members on procedures, service behaviors, and brand standards.
• Communicate shift performance, staffing needs, equipment issues, and guest concerns with the General Manager.
• Document incidents and ensure proper follow-up to guest concerns.
