Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our home healthcare team in Florida. You will work with one patient per shift, providing ADL support, daily monitoring, and personal care in a private home setting.

The position offers paid training, weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time staff, with additional AFLAC and referral programs. Must hold FL CNA or HHA certification, CPR, and valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must have Florida State CNA certification or HHA certificate (75 hours)
• Current CPR certification required
• Social Security Card
• Driver’s License and Auto Insurance Card
• TB test (2-step within 12 months or QuantiFERON within 5 years)

Responsabilités

• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems and report observations
• Monitor patient vital signs (pulse, temperature, respiration) and report changes
• Provide light housekeeping duties (bed linens, laundry, cleaning, meals)
• Support mobility and transfers as needed
• Engage patients to enhance quality of life through conversation and activities

Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dynamic, growing home healthcare team! You will work with ONE PATIENT for your complete shift, getting to know the patient, their needs, and their family life. As a skilled CNA or HHA, you will assist patients with daily living activities, ensure their comfort, and support their overall well-being to enhance their quality of life.

• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor or case manager.

• Support mobility by assisting patients with lifting and transferring as needed.

• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.

• Light house-keeping duties, such as changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning, or preparing meals.

• Enhancing quality of life and building relationships with patients through conversation, doing activities together, and finding stimulation to keep them mentally healthy and alert.

• Monitor patients' pulse, temperature, and respiration.

• FL State CNA Certification or HHA certificate from a 75 hour training program
• Current CPR Certification
• Social Security Card
