Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our home healthcare team in Florida.

You will care for one patient per shift, assisting with daily living activities and supporting overall well-being to improve quality of life. Responsibilities include maintaining care records, aiding mobility, assisting with ADLs, light housekeeping, and engaging patients through conversations and activities to promote mental alertness.

Qualifications

• CNA Certification (FL State) or HHA certificate from a 75-hour program.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Social Security Card, Driver’s License, Auto Insurance Card.
• TB Test (2-step in 12 months or QuantiFERON in 5 years).

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report to supervisor or case manager.
• Support mobility by assisting patients with lifting and transferring as needed.
• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Light housekeeping duties (changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning, meals).
• Enhance quality of life by engaging patients in conversations and activities to keep them mentally healthy and alert.
• Monitor patients' pulse, temperature, and respiration.

12:00pm - 3:00pm - Monday through Saturday

Pay:

$22.00 per hour

Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dynamic, growing home healthcare team! You will work with ONE PATIENT for your complete shift, getting to know the patient, their needs, and their family life. As a skilled CNA or HHA, you will assist patients with daily living activities, ensure their comfort, and support their overall well-being to enhance their quality of life.
