Job summary

Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our home healthcare team in Florida. You will care for one patient per shift, building a relationship with the patient and family while addressing daily living needs.

You will assist with ADLs, monitor health indicators, and provide comforting care to improve quality of life. A 75-hour certification, CPR, and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Florida CNA certification or HHA certificate from a 75-hour training program.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Provide Social Security Card, Driver's License and Auto Insurance Card.
• TB Test (2-step within last 12 months) or QuantiFERON within 5 years.
• Paid training and orientation provided.
• Weekly pay and direct deposit available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report to supervisor or case manager.
• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Support mobility by assisting patients with lifting and transferring as needed.
• Provide light housekeeping duties: change bed linens, laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation.
• Engage with patients to enhance quality of life through conversation and activities to keep them mentally engaged.
• Monitor patients' pulse, temperature, and respiration.

You will work with ONE PATIENT for your complete shift, getting to know the patient, their needs, and their family life. As a skilled CNA or HHA, you will assist patients with daily living activities, ensure their comfort, and support their overall well-being to enhance their quality of life.
