Job summary

Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking compassionate CNAs and HHAs to join our private duty healthcare team in Venice, Florida. You will care for one patient per shift, assisting with daily living activities, comfort, and well-being to improve quality of life.

Shifts are 6 hours in the morning, 6 hours per week with no weekends. Paid training, weekly pay via direct deposit, and a comprehensive benefits package are offered for full-time staff, along with AFLAC supplemental benefits and referral

Qualifications

• FL State Certification – CNA or HHA with 75 hour training program.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Social Security Card.
• Driver’s License and Auto Insurance Card.
• TB Test (2-step within the last 12 months OR QuantiFERON within 5 years)

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor or case manager.
• Support mobility by assisting patients with lifting and transferring as needed.
• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Light house-keeping duties, such as changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning, or preparing meals.
• Enhancing quality of life and building relationships with patients through conversation and activities.
• Monitor patients' pulse, temperature, and respiration.

You will work with ONE PATIENT for your complete shift, getting to know the patient, their needs, and their family life. As a skilled nurse, you will assist patients with daily living activities, ensure their comfort, and support their overall well-being to enhance their quality of life.
