Job summary

Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our private duty home health care team in Lake Placid, FL.

You will work with one patient per shift, providing daily living assistance, monitoring health, and supporting comfort. Shifts run Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 9 AM to 12 PM with weekly pay via direct deposit and a full benefits package for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• FL State CNA Certification or HHA certificate from a 75 hour training program.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Social Security Card.
• Driver's License and Auto Insurance Card.
• TB Test (2-step within 12 months or QuantiFERON within 5 years).

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and daily routines.
• Monitor patient condition, pulse, temperature and respiration.
• Provide companionship and engage in activities to support mental alertness.
• Maintain patient care records and report observations to supervisor.
• Support mobility with safe lifting and transfers, per patient needs.
• Light housekeeping and meal prep as part of the care plan.

Responsibilities

Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dynamic, growing home healthcare team! We have been a leading provider over 25 years in the private duty/home health care industry, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional patient care and improving health outcomes within our community.

You will work with ONE PATIENT for your complete shift, getting to know the patient, their needs, and their family life. As a skilled CNA or HHA, you will assist patients with daily living activities, ensure their comfort, and support their overall well-being to enhance their quality of life.

• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor or case manager.

• Support mobility by assisting patients with lifting and transferring as needed.

• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.

• Light house-keeping duties, such as changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning, or preparing meals.

• Enhancing quality of life and building relationships with patients through conversation, doing activities together, and finding stimulation to keep them mentally healthy and alert.

• Monitor patients' pulse, temperature, and respiration.

• FL State CNA Certification or HHA certificate from a 75 hour training program
