Elite Care Management, Inc. in Naples, FL is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our home healthcare team. You will work with one patient for your complete shift, assisting with ADLs, monitoring health, and supporting overall well-being to improve quality of life.

Requirements include FL CNA or HHA certification, CPR, and standard documentation. We offer paid training, weekly pay, and a full benefits package for full-time positions.

Qualifications

• FL State CNA Certification or HHA certificate from a 75 hour training program.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Social Security Card.
• Driver’s License and Auto Insurance Card.
• TB Test (2-step within 12 months or QuantiFERON within 5 years)

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming and eating.
• Support mobility by assisting patients with lifting and transferring as needed.
• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report to supervisor or case manager.
• Provide light housekeeping: change bed linens, laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation.
• Enhance quality of life through conversation and activities to keep patients mentally engaged.
• Monitor pulse, temperature, and respiration.
• Provide companionship and build relationships with patients and their families.

12:00pm - 3:00pm - Monday through Saturday

Pay:

$22.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dynamic, growing home healthcare team! You will work with ONE PATIENT for your complete shift, getting to know the patient, their needs, and their family life. As a skilled CNA or HHA, you will assist patients with daily living activities, ensure their comfort, and support their overall well-being to enhance their quality of life.

• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.

• Light house-keeping duties, such as changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning, or preparing meals.

• Enhancing quality of life and building relationships with patients through conversation, doing activities together, and finding stimulation to keep them mentally healthy and alert.

• Monitor patients' pulse, temperature, and respiration.
