Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Florida home health care team in Fort Myers. You will care for one patient per shift, assisting with daily living activities and monitoring health signs to support comfort and wellbeing.

This role offers an hourly wage of $22.00, paid training, and weekly direct deposit. A valid Florida CNA or HHA certification, CPR, and routine documentation are required to provide high-quality in-home care.

Qualifications

• Current Florida CNA certification or HHA certificate (75-hour training).
• Current CPR certification.
• Social Security Card.
• Driver’s License and Auto Insurance Card.
• TB test (2-step within the last 12 months OR QuantiFERON within 5 years).

Responsabilités

• Assist patients with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Support mobility with lifting and transferring as needed.
• Provide companionship and engage in activities to keep patients mentally alert.
• Monitor pulse, temperature, and respiration.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and progress.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation as required.

Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dynamic, growing home healthcare team! We have been a leading provider over 25 years in the private duty/home health care industry, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional patient care and improving health outcomes within our community.

You will work with ONE PATIENT for your complete shift, getting to know the patient, their needs, and their family life. As a skilled CNA or HHA, you will assist patients with daily living activities, ensure their comfort, and support their overall well-being to enhance their quality of life.

• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor or case manager.

• Support mobility by assisting patients with lifting and transferring as needed.

• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.

• Light house-keeping duties, such as changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning, or preparing meals.

• Enhancing quality of life and building relationships with patients through conversation, doing activities together, and finding stimulation to keep them mentally healthy and alert.

• Monitor patients' pulse, temperature, and respiration.

• FL State CNA Certification or HHA certificate from a 75 hour training program
• Current CPR Certification
