Job summary

Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our home healthcare team in Florida, providing dedicated care to one patient per shift and building a trusted relationship with the patient and their family.

The role runs 12:00pm–3:00pm, Monday through Saturday. You’ll assist with ADLs, mobility, light housekeeping, monitor vitals, maintain care records, and engage the patient to support their overall well-being.

Qualifications

• FL State CNA Certification or HHA certificate from a 75 hour program is required.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Social Security Card and valid Driver’s License with auto insurance.
• TB test requirements completed within the specified timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities and ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Support mobility by assisting lifting and transferring as needed.
• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems for supervisor review.
• Provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship.
• Monitor vital signs (pulse, temperature, respiration) and report observations.

Responsibilities

Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dynamic, growing home healthcare team! We have been a leading provider over 25 years in the private duty/home health care industry, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional patient care and improving health outcomes within our community.

You will work with ONE PATIENT for your complete shift, getting to know the patient, their needs, and their family life. As a skilled CNA or HHA, you will assist patients with daily living activities, ensure their comfort, and support their overall well-being to enhance their quality of life.

• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor or case manager.

• Support mobility by assisting patients with lifting and transferring as needed.

• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.

• Light house-keeping duties, such as changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning, or preparing meals.

• Enhancing quality of life and building relationships with patients through conversation, doing activities together, and finding stimulation to keep them mentally healthy and alert.

• Monitor patients' pulse, temperature, and respiration.

• FL State CNA Certification or HHA certificate from a 75 hour training program
