Elite Care Management, Inc. is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) for another caring team. Positions are 6 hours per week in the morning, with no weekends, serving a single patient and their family.

You will help with daily living activities, monitor health, and provide companionship to enhance the patient’s quality of life. Training is provided, and benefits are available for full-time roles.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient-focused care experience preferred.
• Ability to document patient care and observations.

Responsabilités

• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems.
• Support mobility with lifting and transferring as needed.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Light housekeeping duties including changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning, or meals.
• Build rapport with patients and engage in activities to keep them mentally healthy.
• Monitor patients’ pulse, temperature, and respiration.

Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) to join our dynamic healthcare team. You will work with ONE PATIENT for your complete shift, getting to know the patient, their needs, and their family life. As a skilled nurse, you will assist patients with daily living activities, ensure their comfort, and support their overall well-being to enhance their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor or case manager
• Support mobility by assisting patients with lifting and transferring as needed
• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
• Light house-keeping duties, such as changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning, or preparing meals
• Enhancing quality of life and building relationships with patients through conversation, doing activities together, and finding stimulation to keep them mentally healthy and alert
• Monitor patients’ pulse, temperature, and respiration
• FL State Certification – CNA or HHA with 75 hour HHA training program
• Current CPR Certification
• Social Security Card
• Driver’s License and Auto Insurance Card
• TB Test (2-step within the last 12 months OR QuantiFERON within 5 years)
