Job summary

Trustwell Living of Springfield is hiring Caregivers and CNAs to join our compassionate care team in Illinois. This role supports residents with daily living activities in a home-like setting, emphasizing dignity, independence, and individualized care. Shifts run 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.

and 10:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m. Full-time and part-time positions are available with pay ranging from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour. Qualifications include 1 year of relevant experience and English communication skills; CNA

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience preferred.
• CNA certification as required by state.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• English reading/writing and verbal communication required.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and mobility.
• Provide dignity, privacy and independence in a home-like setting.
• Follow resident service plans including bathing, toileting and transfers.
• Build positive relationships with residents and team members.

Trustwell Living is hiring Caregivers and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our incredible and passionate care team. • Currently hiring Full-time and part-time CNA's
• Shift: 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
• Pay range is $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

As a Caregiver/ Certified Nurse Assistant, you are responsible for the following:

• Adhere to and convey a philosophy of supporting dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents.
• Assist with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, and assistance with other care while encouraging self-care and independence.
• Provide services as indicated on resident service plans, including but not limited to bathing assistance, toileting assistance, transfer, and mobility assistance.
• Build relationships with the amazing people who live in our community.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred.
• CNA when required by the state
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to read, write, and verbally communicate in English
